Literature Text

I hear you, calling me.
I can feel your needs,
Your desires;
I embody them.
Beckoned I come forth,
I take my bow
And with twittering feet
I begin to dance.
Our ritual begins.
Intertwining light
and limitless possibilities.
I change.
I take you soaring
through ephemeral skies.
The crescent slither of silver
sparkling in the shade.
We fly the cosmos,
We drink the stars
And I teach you how to fly again.

Deep.
Cool.
Rush.
A surge of cerulean
And we submerge in the crystal.
Rolling on our tide,
Flittering on the foam.
We unite.
We dive.
Deeper yet, through cool blue.
Caressing your being
The waves strengthen.
We rise; we fall ; we dive; we glide.
You smile

Cracks of thunder clap as
Lightning whips across our sky.
I evolve.
Here come the blackened horses,
Stampeding above us.
Charge!
A blitz of bolts and,
Crash! The thunder booms
Around us.

Your heart races,
My magic sings,
More!
From countless battles
On sodden Earth,
To amethyst peaks
On the dragon's back.
I can take you there.
I can take you anywhere.
I am yours for a
Few strokes of ink;
The brush of the pencil on the page
and I'm lost:
Smitten.
And you love me too,
For who wouldn't
Love the entity their souls dance with?
Who couldn't love their muse?

Wow. I'm glad I'm not in your poetry club, I would've felt so intimidated and jealous when you read this! Haha. =) This is a beautiful poem.
